Scope: CyberBlueprints, Inc. provides cybersecurity engineering, IT consulting, automation software, digital marketing technology, training, and business-support services.

Access: Certain features require registration and secure login credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Availability: We target 99.9 % uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or force-majeure events may temporarily interrupt Services.

Third-Party Integrations: Our Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Printful, Shopify, GHL, AWS, Google Cloud). Their use is governed by their respective terms. CyberBlueprints assumes no liability for third-party systems or data-sharing governed by external agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information during registration and service engagement.

Use the platform only for legitimate business or organizational purposes.

Maintain your own security posture, including endpoint protection, patching, password hygiene, and network safeguards.

Ensure compliance with all applicable data-privacy, export-control, and cybersecurity laws (e.g., GDPR if EU data, CCPA/CPRA for CA residents, Virginia CDPA).

Avoid misuse, including spam campaigns, over-automation, data scraping, or infringement of others’ IP rights.

Promptly inform CyberBlueprints of any suspected vulnerabilities or security incidents related to our Services.

5. Payments & Fees

Payment is due at the time of subscription, invoice, or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a specific contract.

Additional charges may apply for premium modules, overages, custom integrations, or professional-services hours.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access and may incur collection costs.

Prices are listed in USD and may change upon notice. Sales tax /VAT may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to (877) 330-1333. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially on our website. You will begin receiving SMS messages again.

Interruptions caused by the internet, third-party providers, or unforeseen events.

Any business outcomes, revenue projections, or performance results not being met.

Misuse, misconfiguration, or security negligence by users.

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberBlueprints’ total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CyberBlueprints in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Data Protection & Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption, access-controls, and continuous monitoring.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data they input, transmit, or process via our Services complies with applicable privacy laws and does not include prohibited or classified data.

10. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All software, training materials, documentation, source code, and technology provided by CyberBlueprints remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services during your active subscription.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works without written consent.
All trademarks, logos, and brand elements are owned by CyberBlueprints, Inc. or their respective owners.

11. Confidentiality

During the course of engagement, you may receive confidential information relating to CyberBlueprints or its clients. You agree not to disclose, use, or reproduce such information except as required to perform under these Terms.

This obligation survives termination.

12. Export Control & Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all U.S. export-control and trade-compliance laws (including ITAR and EAR) and confirm you are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.

CyberBlueprints’ software and technology may not be used for nuclear, missile, or weapons-related activities or by prohibited entities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CyberBlueprints, Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your:

Violation of these Terms or applicable law, Misuse of the Services, or Infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our Site. The date of the last revision will appear above. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
